1. Who We Are

Pumpfirmations ("the App", "we", "us") is an iOS application developed by Crowdwatch (Team ID: 63M7NA46VB). For questions about this policy, contact us at streetsaucetv@gmail.com.

2. Information We Collect and How

The App collects only what is necessary to function:

• Account credentials (email address + password hash) — stored exclusively in your device's secure Keychain. We never transmit your password; only a one-way cryptographic hash is stored locally.
• Profile information (display name, X/Twitter handle, bio, trading style, profile photo) — stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and the app's local Documents folder. This data never leaves your device.
• Audio recordings — voice affirmations you record are saved as audio files in the app's local Documents folder on your device only.
• Session history and check-in data — your loop sessions, elapsed time, and mental-state check-ins are stored locally via SwiftData. This data is not transmitted to any server.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect analytics, telemetry, or crash reports via any third-party SDK.
• We do not use advertising networks or track you across apps or websites.
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, location, or camera.
• We do not store any data on external servers.

4. Microphone Access

The App requests microphone access solely to allow you to record your own affirmations. Audio is recorded locally and never uploaded. You can revoke microphone permission at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional paid upgrade via Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment card details. Apple's privacy policy governs the purchase transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.

6. Photos / Photo Library

If you choose to set a profile picture, the App requests access to your Photo Library solely to let you select an image. The selected image is saved locally on your device; it is not uploaded or shared.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All data is stored on your device and is under your control. You can delete all data at any time by going to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account credentials, all affirmations, session history, and profile data from your device. Alternatively, deleting the App from your device removes all local data.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
